Under EU consumer protection law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 DAYS of receiving your products, without giving any reason.

TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER:

- Include "Cancellation Request" in the subject line
- We will confirm receipt within 24 hours

RETURN DEADLINE:
You have 14 days from the date you receive our cancellation confirmation to return the products to us.

OPENED OR UNSEALED FOOD PRODUCTS CANNOT BE RETURNED for hygiene and food safety reasons (EU Consumer Rights Directive Article 16(e)).

You can only return food products that:
- Are in their original, unopened packaging
- Have intact seals
- Have not been consumed or opened

For defective, damaged, or wrong products: WE pay return shipping costs

WHEN YOU GET YOUR REFUND

We will refund you within 14 DAYS of receiving the returned products at our address.

REFUND METHOD: Same payment method you used for the original purchase

WHAT WE REFUND:
- Full product price
- Original shipping costs (if products are defective/damaged/wrong)

WHAT WE DO NOT REFUND:
- Return shipping costs (unless products are defective/damaged/wrong)

DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR WRONG PRODUCTS

If you receive a product that is:
- Defective or faulty
- Damaged during shipping
- Spoiled or expired
- Wrong item (not what you ordered)

- Order number
- Photos of the product/packaging
- Description of the problem

WE WILL:
- Provide a full refund OR replacement (your choice)
- Pay for return shipping
- Refund within 14 days

DO NOT CONSUME products that appear spoiled, damaged, or unsafe.
